Description

A Consultant will work together with the customer on the upper management level, building relationship, adding customer value and creating business. He/she has different roles in different projects, depending on type of assignment and competence level of the individual. A senior consultant analyses problems which are complicated and have not been encountered on a frequent basis. Leads and manages large and complex customer projects. Has an important role in the improvement of the method of delivery. The job holder is highly involved in sales activities through the preparation of a sales plan (jointly with the KAM) and identification of additional sales activities. He/she shares knowledge with others in order to contribute to organizational development.


Responsibility :

  • Participates in projects as project member and global subject matter expert. Performs highly qualified analyses. Proposes solutions on technical, operational, strategic, legal, and/or financial aspects. Audit consulting assignments.
  • Leads projects of large size and high complexity. Managing and meeting customers’ expectations in the delivery of projects.
  • Maintains good relationships with external customers at a VP level to assure customer satisfaction and trust. Maintains relationships with Ericsson VP and KAM level to assure satisfaction and trust.
  • Drives the improvement of the methods of delivery and portfolio development to enable organizational competence development, including a more effective consulting sales process.
  • Identifies scopes and gets customer commitment for consulting sales opportunities inside and outside projects and Ericsson portfolio to contribute to higher sales. Prepares a sales plan in collaboration with the KAM.
  • Convenes customer feedback on technical, operational, strategic, legal, and/or financial aspects to BU functions to improve Ericsson offerings.
  • Performs and coaches others to continuously document knowledge to enable an effective knowledge sharing process and organizational development. Sharing knowledge in internal and external forums.
  • Coaches others within project and customer context

Qualifications


Requirements :

  • University degree or equivalent knowledge acquired through long-term job experience.
  • At least 7 years experiences in consulting (in telecom), internal Ericsson, telecom vendors, and/or telecom operator environment experience in relevant positions
